Are your products gluten-free?

Most of our products are naturally gluten-free, but the Marmite Seed Mix contains gluten due to the Marmite. Additionally, while we take care to avoid cross-contamination, all products are made in a kitchen that is not certified gluten-free.

Are the chocolate seed bites dairy-free?
We use Whittaker’s 72% Dark Ghana chocolate, which contains no dairy. However, it is manufactured in a kitchen that handles dairy, so trace amounts may be present.

Are your products suitable for vegans?
Our Savoury Seed Mixes are vegan-friendly, but the sweet seed mixes and seed bites contain honey.

Do your products contain allergens?
Our products are nut-free but may contain traces of sesame seeds. Always check the ingredient list if you have allergies.

How much is shipping?

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within New Zealand. Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

Why glass jars?

At Lucy’s Seeds ‘n’ Things, we choose glass jars for packaging because they’re a high-quality, sustainable option that can be endlessly recycled without losing its purity or quality. Around 75% of glass is New Zealand is recycled domestically, reducing waste and environmental impact. Plus, glass jars are perfect for creative reuses—if you've found an inventive way to repurpose your jars, we’d love to see it!

Can I return my glass jars?

At the moment, we don’t have a physical location for returning jars. However, if you visit us at one of our market stalls, you’re welcome to bring back your empty Lucy’s Seeds ‘n’ Things jars. As a thank-you, we’ll give you $1 off your next purchase for each jar you return!

Store all products in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to maintain freshness. For seed bites, refrigeration is recommended if they’re not consumed within a week.
